Purchase Ledger Assistant, Glasgow 28K

We are working in partnership with our highly successful client based in the south side of Glasgow to recruit a full-time permanent Purchase Ledger Assistant. The Purchase Ledger Clerk will also be responsible for reconciling supplier statements, resolving invoice queries, and processing invoices. Part-time (full days) or full-time hours will be considered depending on the successful candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process purchase invoices
  • Deal with invoice queries
  • Supplier statement reconciliations
  • Prepare payment runs
  • Support the finance team

Main requirements:

  • Previous purchase ledger experience is essential
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Be able to work in a high-volume environment to deadlines
  • Strong team player
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High levels of accuracy
