Bookkeeper, Glasgow, Hybrid working 30-35K

We are working in partnership with a charity based in Glasgow recruit a full or part-time permanent Bookkeeper. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to work flexible hours and hybrid working. My client offers 3 days WFH and 2 days based in the office. The total hours can be 25 to 35 hours per week depending on the candidate.


Key Responsibilities:


Purchase and sales ledger duties

Liaise with suppliers

Bank reconciliations

Credit control duties

Prepare management accounts

Produce monthly budget variance reports

Produce monthly cash flow forecasts

Liaise with auditors

Implement process improvement


Main requirements:


Previous bookkeeping experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience of Sage and Xero preferred

Highly proficient in Excel

Team player

Commitment and loyalty
